As the ongoing Indian Premier League moves forward, another pulsating showdown is on the horizon, with Kolkata Knight Riders gearing up to face Delhi Capitals on Monday at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. 

Kolkata Knight Riders, despite a stumble in their last game, are equal on points with Delhi Capitals. KKR have dominated the tournament with their all-round show, and sit on the second place in the points table. The experienced campaigners like Shreyas Iyer, Andre Russell, and Sunil Narine, will look to remain flawless to make their return to dominating the league. 

Last time both teams faced each other was in 16th match of the tournament where KKR recorded a 106-run victory in a high-scoring battle.KKR had posted 272 after Sunil Narine unpacked his batting heroic, smashing 7 fours and seven sixes in his 85-run knock. 

Delhi Capitals have been in powerful form, coming off two back-to-back victories. They have picked up the momentum, displaying power-packed batting. In initial games, they seemed to be devoid of batting and bowling, but they have made their comeback.
