Rizwan 's ton in vain as New Zealand beat Pakistan
New Zealand beat Pakistan by five wickets in their Warm-Up match of the ODI World Cup on Friday at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. Mohammad Rizwan's beautiful 103-run knock went in vain as it was overshadowed by Rachin Ravindra's 97-run knock. But, Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan brought Pakistan back into game with their scores of (80) and (103) respectively. Down the order, Saud Shakeel scored (75) runs to take the team to 345/5 in (50) overs.
New Zealand, while chasing the target, got a cracking start with Rachin Ravindra scoring (97) runs. Devon Conway was gone for golden duck. But, Kane Williamson and Daryl Mitchell scored (54) and (59) respectively. Down the order, Mark Chapman remained unbeaten on (65) to take the team over the line.
