Marsh ready to bowl as much Cummins needs him

Australia’s dynamic all-rounder, Mitchell Marsh, has declared his readiness to bowl as much as necessary in the upcoming third Test against India, set to begin on December 14 at The Gabba in Brisbane. Marsh lauded the efforts of coaching and medical staff in his speedy recovery as he looks to bowl as much as skipper Cummins wants him to. In the first Test against India, Marsh only bowled 17 overs and in the second game he was rested.
Meanwhile, after bowling in the Perth Test, Marsh pulled up sore. Marsh's statement comes ahead of a crucial encounter in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy, as both teams are locked in a fierce contest for supremacy.
"Not in my mind, no. I'll try and be ready to bowl as much as Patty needs me. Our allrounders haven't bowled a hell of a lot in Australia over the last few years, but I am really thankful for our medical staff and Ronny [coach Andrew McDonald] and Patty who have allowed me the space between that first and second Test to just get right for the game. My body feels really great," Marsh said while speaking to reporters.
Both India and Australia would look to gain upper hand as the five-match series is currently levelled 1-1. India had suffered a disappointing 10-wicket defeat in the second game, with Australia making a good comeback after suffering a crushing 295-run defeat in the first game.
