SA-W vs NZ-W 3rd T20I: New Zealand Women face South Africa Women

News

In the third match of the ongoing five-match series, New Zealand Women will be clashing with the host South Africa Women on Tuesday at Buffalo Park, East London. Both teams haven’t had any amount of action so far in the series due to incessant rainfall which spoiled both matches on both occasions. After the first match ended in no result, both teams shifted their attention to the second match but that too was abandoned without any result. In the second match, a little action was seen with New Zealand completing their innings after being put into bat. New Zealand had scored (111) in (20) overs after losing nine wickets but when New Zealand got ready to chase the total, rain started to pour which stopped the proceedings in its entirety. Going into the third match, both teams would want to have action as last two matches have kept them waiting. From here on, this series will be a three-match affair which means any team winning two matches will win the series.
