BBL 2023-24: Hobart Hurricanes take on Sydney Sixers
In their first match of the ongoing Big Bash League, Hobart Hurricanes will be squaring off against Sydney Sixers on Monday at North Tasmania Cricket Association Ground in Launceston. This will be the first mach of the Hobart Hurricanes in the tournament as they would hope to get off to a successful start to their campaign. Hobart Hurricanes had run a magnificent campaign last year with their six wins in the tournament. On the other hand, this will be the second game for Sydney Sixers after having registered their win in their first game against Melbourne Renegades. Sydney Sixers have already got off to a scorching start as they would hope to continue with the same intensity and rhythm in their next assignments. Matthew Wade will be the player to watch out for Hobart Hurricanes as he continues to be in an imperious form. His attacking style was on full display during Australia’s five-match T20I series against India where Wade also captained the team.
