The 27th match of the ongoing ILT20 tournament will witness the contest between Desert Vipers and Dubai Capitals on Friday at Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai. Dubai Capitals find themselves in troubled waters, still keeping at the bottom in the points table with three victories and five defeats out of their eight games. They are carrying six points along with the negative NRR of -0.389.

Desert Vipers, on the other hand, are also going through same scenario, having won three games out of their eight games. They have also lost five games, carrying six points along with the negative NRR of -0.298. They haven’t had the kind of tournament, they would’ve hoped for at the start of their campaign.

Dubai Capitals will enter this game on the back of their 19-run defeat in their last game against Gulf Giants. Going into this game, they will look forward to breaking their losing streak to make some winning gains. Desert Vipers, on the other hand, had their last game against MI Emirates that they lost by 30 runs to add to their distressing times.

Heading into this encounter, Dubai Capitals will be missing the services of their key players due to their commitment to national duties. David Warner and Rahmanullah Gurbaz will be the key players missing for the team. Meanwhile, Dan Lawrence has reunited with Desert Vipers that will provide huge significance to the team.

Desert Vipers Probable XI: Dan Lawrence, Alex Hales, Colin Munro (c), Azam Khan (wk), Adam Hose, Ali Naseer, Bas de Leede, Shadab Khan, Mohammad Amir, Shaheen Afridi, Matheesha Pathirana, Nathan Sowter

Dubai Capitals Probable XI: Ben Dunk, Max Holden, Sam Billings (c), Sikandar Raza, Dasun Shanaka (c), Roelof van der Merwe, Scott Kuggeleijn, Akif Raja, Haider Ali, Olly Stone, Kane Richardson
