In a massive showdown at the Indian Premier League, Rajasthan Royals displayed a nice performance to secure a 12-run win against Delhi Capitals in the ninth match of the ongoing Indian Premier League on Thursday at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur. RR cliched their second consecutive victory of the tournament with their excellent performance.

Asked to bat, Rajasthan Royals showcased their batting prowess, fueled by the remarkable innings of Ryan Parag, who stood unbeaten with an impressive score of (84) runs, leading the team to a fighting score of 185/5 in (20) overs.

Amid the failures from top-order batters, Ryan Parag showed spectacular display of skill, smashing six sixes and seven fours to bring the normalcy into the team. The victory showed Rajasthan Royals’ dominance on their home turf.

On the other hand, Delhi Capitals, chasing the total, were off to a fiery start with David Warner and Mitchell Marsh scoring (49) and (23) respectively. But, their early efforts couldn’t save Delhi Capitals from succumbing to their second successive defeat in the tournament. There was a counterattacking innings from Tristan Stubbs, who stood solid bringing 23-ball 44, but Capitals fell short of the target in Rishabh Pant’s 100th IPL game.
