PAK vs NZ 4th T20I: Pakistan, New Zealand look to claim series victory

Pakistan and New Zealand are set to lock horns in the fourth T20I match of the ongoing five-match series on Thursday at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. With the series currently levelled at 1-1, the upcoming clash is equally significant for both teams as they vie to clinch the series win by taking 2-1 lead.
In the second T20I, Pakistan showcased both their batting and bowling brilliance, securing a convincing 7-wicket victory over the Kiwis. Pakistan bowled out New Zealand for 90 in 18.1 overs, with Shaheen Afridi claiming three wickets followed by Mohammad Amir, Shadab Khan and Abrar Ahmed returning with two wickets each.
In their batting, Mohammad Rizwan top-scored with 45, helping team chase down the total in 12.1 overs. Ahead of the fourth match, Pakistan were given a jolt with the ruling out of Mohammad Rizwan and Irfan Khan, who both will be out of the remainder of the series.
However, New Zealand bounced back emphatically in the third T20I, winning it by seven wickets. Despite chasing a formidable total of 178, Black Caps delivered a clinical performance, clinching victory on the back of a superb innings from Mark Chapman, who scored 87 unbeaten. They will hope to carry the rhythm and claim the series victory. Earlier, the series opener was marred by rain, resulting in a washout.
