LPL 2024 Qualifier 1: Galle Marvels take on Jaffna kings

In the qualifier 1 of the ongoing Lanka Premier League, Galle Marvels will be facing Jaffna Kings on Thursday at R.Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. 

Galle Marvels and Jaffna kings are placed on first and second spot respectively in the points table with five victories each to their name from their last eight games they have played so far. 

Galle Marvels will enter the match on the back of a defeat in their last match against Colombo Strikers. Jaffna Kings too will make their way into this game on the back of a defeat. In the ongoing tournament, both teams faced each other in the second match of the tournament where Galle Marvels strangled Jaffna Kings by five wickets.
