LPL 2024 eliminator: Colombo Strikers and Kandy Falcons lock horns in pivotal clash

Colombo Strikers and Kandy Falcons will be meeting each other in the Eliminator of the ongoing Lanka Premier League on Thursday at R.Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. This match is very significant for both teams as it will determine which team advances to the next stage of the playoffs and which team's season comes to an end.
Colombo Strikers largely have had a good season so far, winning four and losing as many games out of their eight matches. Despite some hiccups, their star power and ability to perform under pressure make them a formidable opponent.
On the other hand, Kandy Falcons have also had their share of ups and downs. They have suffered five defeats out of their eight games. They have only enjoyed three victories, enough to put them into the Eliminator. It will be a must-win battle for both teams to advance further into the tournament.
