LPL Qualifier 2: Candy Falcons gear up to fight Jaffna Kings

Jaffna Kings and Kandy Falcons are set to clash in the highly anticipated Qualifier 2 of the ongoing Lanka Premier League on Saturday at R.Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. Both teams have shown remarkable performances throughout the season to reach this crucial knockout stage.

Jaffna Kings have showcased a balanced approach with a blend of experienced and promising talent. However, they head into this game on the back of a defeat in their last match against Galle Marvels in the Qualifier 1. Nonetheless, their journey to Qualifier 2 has been marked by consistent batting displays and strategic bowling performances. 

On the other side, Kandy Falcons, have seen a lot of ups and downs in their journey to the Qualifier 2. They have recorded three victories out of their eight games. They have faced five defeats. But, they stepped up at the right time, destroying Colombo Strikers in the Eliminator. Going into this match, Kandy Falcons would hope to maintain their momentum to qualify for the final. While, Jaffna Kings would look to get back to winning ways.
