Bangladesh name squad for India Tests, Shoriful Islam misses out due to injury

Bangladesh have named their squad for the upcoming two-match Test series against India, with Jaker Ali being the only change in their squad that faced Pakistan in a two-match Test series recently. Jaker Ali has replaced pacer Shoriful Islam in the squad.
Shoriful Islam is out of Bangladesh’s squad for the two Tests against India due to a groin injury sustained during the first Test against Pakistan. He didn’t participate in the second game against Pakistan because of injury.
Jaker Ali has yet to play a Test match as he has only appeared for Bangladesh in 17 T20Is. He hasn’t even played any ODIs so far for Bangladesh. Opening batter Mahmudul Hasan has retained his place.
