Pakistan announce playing XI for first England Test

Pakistan have announced their playing XI for the upcoming first Test against England, set to begin on Monday in Multan. The notable inclusion is pacer Aamer Jamal, who returns to the squad after his standout performance against Australia. Jamal’s return adds significant strength to the bowling attack, alongside other key bowlers such as Naseem Shah and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
Abrar Ahmed will be handling the spin department. The team will be looking to come out stronger, having suffered a 0-2 series loss against Bangladesh recently. It will also be interesting to see how Pakistan’s high-quality bowling attack will utilise the home conditions to bring down high-flying England.
