WPL 2025: Chinelle Henry signed as replacement for Alyssa Healy at UP Warriorz

UP Warriorz has signed up Chinelle Henry as an injury replacement for Australian skipper Alyssa Healy for the upcoming season of Womens Premier League 2025. Alyssa Healy, who was ruled out of the upcoming season due to a stress fracture in her right foot, also captains UP Warriorz.
She recently remained on the sidelines during the T20I leg of the Women’s ashes. However, she played the series-ending One-Off Test match, which Australia won by 122 runs. In another development, defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru have brought in Heather Graham and Kim Garth in place of Kate Cross and Sophie Devine.
New Zealand all-rounder Sophie Devine is taking a break from cricket while Kate Cross will miss the upcoming season due to a back injury. RCB had earlier signed Charlie Dean as a replacement for Sophie Molineux. The upcoming season of WPL will begin on February 14.
