“A little bit unknown at this stage”: NZ head coach Gary Stead provides update on injured Matt Henry

New Zealand pacer Matt Henry’s availability for the Champions Trophy final against India in Dubai on Sunday remains uncertain due to a shoulder injury he picked up during the semi-final against South Africa on Wednesday in Lahore.
Henry has been incredibly promising with his spell, remaining the tournament’s highest wicket-taker with 10 victims. He, meanwhile, had sustained injury while taking a catch to dismiss Heinrich Klaasen. Following the injury, he Immediately left the field in pain but returned later to bowl.
Speaking on his injury, New Zealand head coach Gary Stead hoped that star bowler will recover in time. Henry, on the other hand, has been a major player for the side considering his strangling bowling attack.
"Matt Henry obviously landed on his shoulder and it was pretty uncomfortable. I guess the positive thing from our perspective is that he got back out there to bowl. We've had some scans and stuff done on him, and we're going to give him every chance to be playing in this match,” Gary Stead told reporters on Friday.
"[But it's] still a little bit unknown at this stage."
"He's obviously pretty sore just from landing on the point of his shoulder. Hopefully he will be okay,” he said.
