Sri Lanka name squad for women’s tri-nation series, involving India, South Africa

Sri Lanka have named a formidable squad for the upcoming women’s home tri-nation series involving India and South Africa. The 17-player squad includes some of the well-known names such as Vishmi Gunaratne, Harshitha Samarawickrama, Nilakshi Silva, and Kavisha Dilhari. 

Sri Lanka will be led by Chamari Athapaththu. Meanwhile, pacer Malki Madara has received a maiden ODI call-up after making an impressive T20 debut against New Zealand. The tri-series begins on Sunday (April 27), with Sri Lanka taking on India Women in Colombo.
