PSL relocated to UAE amid India-Pakistan unrest

The ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) has been relocated to the UAE due to escalating tensions between India and Pakistan. The decision comes after a series of disruptive events, leading to the relocation of the tournament. In light of the relocation, an emergency meeting was convened between the franchise and the PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi.
As a result, the originally planned fixture between Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings, scheduled to be played on Thursday, was also rescheduled.
“The PCB confirms that the remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League has been shifted to the UAE," read a PCB release.
“Schedule of matches, outlining the dates and venues, will be shared in due course,” added the release.
