In the second match of the 2025 edition of The Hundred competition, Manchester Originals will clash with Southern Brave in an exciting clash on Wednesday at Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester. As both teams play their first match of the campaign, each side will be eager to set the tone for a successful season.

Manchester Originals had a disappointing season last year with just one win from eight matches. They lacked firepower in both their batting and bowling departments, finishing second from bottom in the points table. Southern Brave, meanwhile, were consistent and qualified for the playoffs in the last edition. They claimed victories in five games.
