Sourav Ganguly named head coach of Pretoria Capitals ahead of SA20 season

Former Indian cricketer Sourav Ganguly has been appointed as the head coach of the Pretoria Capitals for the upcoming Betway SA20 season 4. The appointment marks another exciting chapter in the decorated career of legend Ganguly, who replaces Jonathan Trott in the role. Ganguly's appointment as head coach of the Pretoria Capitals brings vast experience and will be useful for the side.
"The Prince is all set to bring a royal flair to the Capitals camp! We are ecstatic to announce Sourav Ganguly as our new head coach," the franchise wrote on Instagram.
Pretoria Capitals have also announced the appointment of Shaun Pollock as their assistant coach for Season 4.
"A new era of cricketing brilliance has arrived for the Capitals! Ushering in this new chapter is our new Assistant Coach, Protean legend Shaun Pollock," stated the Capitals on Instagram.
Meanwhile, Pretoria Capitals have endured disappointing times over the last two seasons, finishing fifth. However, they will look for success heading into the upcoming season.
