In one of the most anticipated group stage matches of the ongoing Women's ODI World Cup, India Women are set to take on South Africa Women on Thursday in Visakhapatnam. With both teams carrying momentum, the clash is going to be incredibly thrilling.

India Women have made a powerful start to their World Cup campaign. Sitting comfortably in third place on the points table, they’ve registered back-to-back wins and are looking to make it three out of three. The squad has shown excellent balance, stepping up in times of need. Harleen Deol, Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues will be key to India’s continued success. Alongside them, Pratika Rawal, Deepti Sharma and Harmanpreet Kaur have made useful contributions. Kranti Gaud, Sneh Rana and Deepti Sharma have delivered disciplined performances in the bowling department to keep India on top.

South Africa Women enter this match with mixed results but renewed confidence. After a heavy 10-wicket loss to a dominant England side in their opening game, they bounced back impressively with a six-wicket win over New Zealand. The team will be keen to build on that turnaround and take on one of the tournament’s form teams in India. For South Africa, another victory would be crucial to stay in contention and gain momentum for the remainder of the group stage.
