About Mohammad Naim sheikh
An adventurous southpaw who opens the batting, Mohammad Naim entered the domestic scene in Bangladesh during the 2018-19 season and has been a consistent run-getter in the List A format. Having played only a handful of First-class games, it seems like the youngster prefers the shorter formats more even though his T20 returns weren't as inspiring. Still early days and with age on his side, all this can change. Naim's List A form continued to be impressive though, and a staggering season in the Dhaka Premier League fast-tracked him into the Bangladesh A side. Very soon, he found himself in the senior side for the tour of India in late 2019. Not much was known about him when he made his international debut but soon announced himself with a few impressive knocks against a quality Indian attack. An aggressive batsman by nature, Naim likes to dominate the bowling from the word go and has an affinity for the leg-side while getting boundaries. There is a lot of raw talent in this boy and his temperament is also impressive. It's now about how Bangladesh handle him.
