Asia Cup 2023: India beat Nepal by 10 wickets, move to super fours
Team India thrashed Nepal by (10) wickets (DLS) in their second and must-win game of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023 on Monday at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill led India to their 10-wicket win with their scores of (74*) and (67*) respectively. It was the rain-curtailed contest which was reduced to (23) overs with the revised target of (145). Earlier, put into bat, Nepal managed to score (230) in (48.2) overs. For Nepal, Aasif Sheikh and Sompal Kami hammered (58) and (48) respectively to bring the team to set a fighting total for India. But, rain had its say as match officials decided to reduce the match to (23) overs. With this win, India have advanced to the super fours.
