South Africa and England Women will be locking horns in the first ODI match of the three-match series on Wednesday at Diamond Oval, Kimberley. Before the ODIs, both sides were involved in a three-match T20I series, which England Women swept 3-0. In all three T20Is, England Women registered sizeable wins to create their dominance on South Africa.

Now, heading into the ODI series, South Africa Women will be under huge pressure to stage their comeback and turn the screw. They would hope to bounce back to create early pressure on England Women. For South Africa, Laura Wolvaardt (c), Tazmin Brits, Nadine de Klerk, Mieke de Ridder and Marizanne Kapp will be expected to step up and help the side. While, England players such as Danni Wyatt-Hodge, Nat Sciver-Brunt and Heather Knight would look to continue with their consistency.
