West Indies Women will be squaring off against Australia Women in the second ODI of the three-match series on Thursday at Junction Oval, Melbourne. West Indies Women would look forward to levelling the series after having been defeated in the first ODI. So far, this has been a disappointing tour for West Indies Women as they earlier suffered series defeat in the three-match T20I series. West Indies Women lost the first ODI by (8) wickets in a low-scoring game. Asked to bat, West Indies Women recorded a bad start with no batter in the top order being able to score. Australia Women bowled out West Indies Women for (83) in (27.3) overs. Aaliyah Alleyne was the top-scorer for West Indies Women with her 35-run knock. Chasing the total, Australia Women chased down the target in (14.5) overs. Australia Women would look to register the series victory as they head into the second ODI.
