Pakistan and Zimbabwe are set to face off in the second ODI of their ongoing three-match series on Tuesday at Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo, with the series currently standing at 1-0 in favour of Zimbabwe. In the first match, Zimbabwe emerged victorious by 80 runs through the DLS method.

Zimbabwe put up a strong performance in the first game after being put to bat. They posted a challenging total before being bowled out for 205 in 40.2 overs. Pakistan, in their chase, lost their top-order batters in quick succession, giving Zimbabwe an upper hand. Pakistan were reduced to 60/6 in 21 overs before rain interrupted the match. The game was ultimately decided by the DLS method, with Zimbabwe securing an 80-run win.

With the series on the line, the second ODI becomes crucial for Pakistan, who will be looking to bounce back after the disappointment of the first match. They will expect their top lineup to fire on all cylinders so that they can level the series 1-1. Their bowlers will also need to step up to restrict Zimbabwe from racking up runs.

Zimbabwe, on the other hand, will aim to build on their first ODI win and secure the series with a second victory. Their players, including Sikandar Raza and Sean Williams, performed brilliantly in the last game. The key for Ireland will be to maintain their momentum to keep Pakistan at bay.
