IND-W vs ENG-W One-Off Test: India get ready to fight it out against England

After wrapping up their three-match T20I series on a rather positive note, India Women will be fighting it out against England Women in the One-Off Test match which will be beginning from December (14) at Dr DY Patil Sports Academy in Mumbai. Last time when India Women played against England Women was back in (2021) where they had ended the game in a draw. India Women maintain an encouraging record against England Women in the longest format of the game. India Women and England Women have faced each other on (14) occasions in the longest format of the game. Team India lead the upper hand with their two wins against England’s one. Meanwhile, their eleven outings have ended in a draw. This will also be the first time since (2005) that India Women will be hosting England Women in India. Harmanpreet Kaur will be leading India in the presence of seasoned players Smriti Mandhana, Jemimah Rodrigues, Shafali Verma and Yastika Bhatia. England Women, on the other hand, will be captained by Heather Knight in the presence of Tammy Beaumont, Alice Capsey, Kate Cross and Amy Jones among others.
