Kasun Rajitha ruled out of second Test against Bangladesh

Sri Lankan pacer Kasun Rajitha has been ruled out of second Test match against Bangladesh, set to begin from 30th March at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium. Asitha Fernando has linked up with the team as the replacement for Rajitha for the second Test match.
Sri Lanka Cricket made the confirmation about Rajitha’s absence from the second Test as he is understood to have picked up injury to his back. Rajitha was outstanding in the first game, picking up eight wickets, including a five-wicket haul in the second innings. His eight wickets contributed heavily in Sri Lanka’s 328-run win.
"Kasun Rajitha will not be available for the second Test match as the player has suffered an injury to his left upper back area," SLC said in a statement on Wednesday.
