IPL 2024: Out of sorts Mumbai and Punjab hope to revive themselves
Plunged in a precarious situation, Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians will be eying a win to resuscitate their campaign when they square off against each other in the 33rd match of the ongoing Indian Premier League on Thursday at Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, Mullanpur, Chandigarh.
With two wins apiece in their last six matches, both Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians enter this contest with the hope to record a much-needed win.
Punjab Kings, being led by stand-in captain Sam Curran amid the absence of Shikhar Dhawan, will enter the game on the back of their defeat in their last game against Rajasthan Royals. They have a formidable squad as they desperately need their players to fire on all cylinders to get the team a much-needed win.
