CPL 2024: Chris Jordan joins Knight Riders, Amazon Warriors' Imran Tahir out due to injury

Trinbago Knight Riders have been boosted by the availability of all-rounder Chris Jordan as they enter their CPL 2024 home leg. Jordan joins the team as a replacement for USA fast bowler Ali Khan, who has been ruled out of the CPL 2024 due to an injury. Jordan played five matches for Trinbago Knight Riders in 2019 and took seven wickets. He joined Trinbago Knight Riders in 2019 to replace Pakistan pacer Mohammad Hasnain.
Meanwhile, Trinbago Knight Riders were knocked out after losing to Barbados in the Qualifier 2 in 2019. Currently, Trinbago Knight Riders are on the fourth place in the points table with three victories out of four matches. They have six points and a positive NRR of +0.659.
In another development, Guyana Amazon Warrior skipper Imran Tahir has been ruled out for almost ten days with injury. Shai Hope will continue to lead the side in his absence. Nathan Sowter has been brought in by Amazon Warriors as the replacement for injured Imran Tahir.
