Obed McCoy has replaced injured Matthew Ford in WI’s squad for their remaining two T20Is of the ongoing five-match series against England. McCoy comes into the squad after Forde sustained a thigh strain during training ahead of the third T20I.

Earlier, Forde played the second game in the absence of suspended fast bowler Alzarri Joseph but he was replaced in the playing XI for the third T20I by Jospeh. McCoy himself returns to action after recovering from an injury sustained during the Caribbean Premier League 2024.

As far as T20I series is concerned, England are leading it by 3-0 after beating West Indies in the third game. This is the first series win for England against West Indies in any format since 2019. The fourth T20I will be held on Sunday at Beausejour Stadium.
