Hazlewood provides update on his injury

The 24 hours are gonna be crucial in determining whether Australian pacer Josh Hazlewood will be able to make his return to the team for the third Test match against India in Brisbane. Hazlewood missed the second Test against India due to a side strain, but on Monday he bowled a couple of full spells, with coaching staff observing him.
âI think itâll be how I pull up in the 24 hours following it really,â Hazelwood said during a press conference.
âItâs just that repetitive (action) and obviously two spells makes a big difference. Cooling down pretty much fully and then going again in the same day, and the intensity has got to be right up there as well. So a few boxes to tick tomorrow, but itâs probably the 24 hours that follow and pulling up again the next day and then thinking âyeah, Iâd be right to go again if I had toâ.â
Meanwhile, Australia made their scintillating return in the second game, beating India by 10 wickets to level the series 1-1. They were under massive pressure coming into the second Test as they entered the second Test on the back a 295-run defeat in the first Test.
