CPL 2025 to be played from August 14

The 13th edition of the Caribbean Premier League will be beginning from August 14, 2025 and end on September 21, 2025, Cricket West Indies announced. This time also there will be no clash between the tournament and West Indies’ international fixtures, allowing the West Indies players to participate in the tournament.
"We are pleased to have once again worked with Cricket West Indies to find a window that allows the very best players from across the region to take part in the CPL," Pete Russell, the CPL chief executive, said. "The 2024 season was our most successful to date and we are looking forward to building on that success in 2025."
There will be a total of 34 matches, including playoffs - the eliminator, two qualifiers, and the final - to be played between six teams. The six teams in the tournament are Antigua & Barbuda Falcons, Barbados Royals, Guyana Amazon Warriors, St Kitts & Nevis Patriots, Saint Lucia Kings and Trinbago Knight Riders.
