It’s been a bumper season so far for Delhi Capitals’ batter Abishek Porel, who has been Delhi Capitals’ second-leading run-scorer in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League. His sustained brilliance at the top of the order has yielded marvellous results for the Capitals. Reflecting on his game, Porel said that he is enjoying his game and trying to find ways to upgrade his skills.
"Obviously, I am enjoying every innings, trying to develop myself in every innings. And, at practice, I keep having chats with Hemang sir and KP, trying to figure out what I can work on to enhance my game,” Porel said during the press conference.
When asked about his future plans, Porel asserted that his goal is to play for the country.
"Obviously, the future plan is to play for India, to play for the country for many years. But right now what matters the most is how I can score runs for Delhi Capitals and help the side win the trophy."
