Rajasthan Royals’ young talent Vaibhav Suryavanshi not only showcased his immense talent but also etched his name into the record books, becoming the youngest player to smash a century in men’s T20s.

In a high-scoring encounter between RR and GT on Monday, Vaibhav unleashed a batting onslaught that stunned everyone. Facing seasoned bowlers like Ishant Sharma, Mohammed Siraj, and Rashid Khan, Vaibhav’s aggressive approach was evident from the outset. He dispatched deliveries to all parts of the ground, including several towering sixes. With his 35-ball hundred, Vaibhav Suryavanshi became the second-fastest centurion in IPL and the fastest ever for any Indian player.

"It is a very nice feeling. It's my first hundred in the IPL, and it's my third innings. So, I’m feeling good. The result is visible after practicing for the last three or four months. I just see the ball and play,” Vaibhav said after the match.

Suryavanshi forged a 166-run partnership with Yashasvi Jaiswal, who belted an unbeaten 70 from 40 as RR raced to a massive win.

“When I bat with Yashasvi Jaiswal, I get confidence because he tells me what to do and talks positive stuff. It has been a dream to get a 100 in the IPL, and today it came true. There is no fear. I don't think much; I just focus on playing,” he said.
