Gujarat Titans resumes training

Gujarat Titans have resumed their training sessions, despite the ongoing suspension of the Indian Premier League following escalating tensions between India and Pakistan. The tournament was halted on May 8, and teams are awaiting a decision from the BCCI regarding the resumption of the tournament.
As per a report in Cricbuzz, Titans went through a long net session, lasting over three hours between 5:30 pm and 9 pm at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The report also mentioned that Indian players like Shubman Gill and Mohammed Siraj were part of the session, along with foreign players such as Kagiso Rabada and Sherfane Rutherford.
"They were to disperse today but with the announcement of ceasefire and talk of an early resumption happening, they decided to stay on in Ahmedabad," GCA and GT members told Cricbuzz.
Meanwhile, Titans are currently leading the points table with eight victories from eleven games. They have 16 points and a positive NRR of +0.793.
