Stuart Broad to join South Africa as consultants ahead of WTC final

Former England fast bowler Stuart Broad has joined South Africa squad as a consultant ahead of the World Test Championship (WTC) final. Broad’s vast experience and expertise are expected to bolster South Africa’s preparations as they aim to outplay defending champions Australia in the upcoming WTC final. 

This is Broad’s first coaching role since retiring in 2023. Broad, in his Test career, claimed 604 wickets in 167 games. And he has taken 153 Test wickets against Australia, the most by any player in red-ball history. The World Test Championship final begins at Lord's on 11 June.
