The BCCI has announced an action-packed schedule for India’s white-ball series against New Zealand in January 2026 at home. The newly constructed Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara is set to host its first men's international match in over 15 years during New Zealand’s white-ball tour of India in January 2026. The stadium has already made its mark by hosting three women's ODIs between India and West Indies and the six Women’s Premier League (WPL) matches during the 2025 season.

New Zealand's tour of India will have three ODIs and five T20Is. The T20I series will be useful for Team India in their preparation for the T20I World Cup 2026. The tour will begin on January 11 with the first ODI in Vadodara. The second and third ODIs will be played in Rajkot and Indore on January 14 and 18, respectively.

The five-match T20I series will commence on January 21 with the first game in Nagpur. The 2nd (Raipur), 3rd (Guwahati), 4th (Visakhapatnam), and 5th (Thiruvananthapuram) T20Is will be held on January 23, 25, 28, and 31, respectively.
