Pakistan announce packed schedule for women’s cricket

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a packed schedule for women’s cricket for the 2025-26 season. Pakistan are set to host South Africa women for the three-match ODI series, leading up to the 2025 ODI World Cup. The three ODIs will be played at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore from August 16 to 22, providing a crucial platform for their preparation before the ODI World Cup. But, ahead of South Africa's visit, Pakistan will be touring Ireland for a three-match T20I series in early August.
Following the ODIs against South Africa, Pakistan will travel to Sri Lanka for the ODI World Cup, where they will play seven games during the group stage from October 2 to 25. The semi-final and final of the tournament will be played on October 29 and November 2, respectively. After the conclusion of the World Cup, Pakistan will tour South Africa in early 2026 to play three ODIs and three T20Is from February 7 to March 2.
These fixtures will be part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2025-29. Later, Pakistan will host Zimbabwe for three ODIs and three T20s between 24 April and 11 May. And to further consolidate their preparations for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, they will take part in a T20I tri-series in Ireland also involving West Indies.
