Zimbabwe and New  Zealand are set to face off in the sixth match of the ongoing T20I tri-series — featuring South Africa as the third nation — on Thursday at Harare Sports Club. This showdown will serve as a crucial practice match for New Zealand ahead of the tri-series final against a revitalised South African on Saturday. While Zimbabwe would be determined to rinse off a winless streak and end their campaign on a high.

New Zealand are vying for momentum, having remained unbeaten so far in the series. Building on that confidence, they aim to sharpen combinations ahead of the decisive final. Zimbabwe, having failed to win any match so far, are under pressure. Despite the series no longer being in balance for them, they head into the match with the thought of putting an end to the losing streak. For New Zealand, it's about sharpening their attack.
