The International Cricket Council (ICC) has reportedly taken action against Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct during the Asia Cup Super Four match against India on Sunday. During the Super Four clash between Pakistan and India on Sunday, Haris Rauf was found guilty of violating Level 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct. The incident resulted in Rauf being fined 30% of his match fee.

ICC match referee Richie Richardson officiated the disciplinary process and imposed the penalty following a hearing. According to reports, Rauf was reprimanded by ICC match referee for mimicking a crashing plane during the high-voltage clash. Rauf, however, didn't plead guilty during the ICC hearing on Friday.

Meanwhile, Pakistan batter Sahibzada Farhan escaped with only a warning. Sahibzada Farhan celebrated his fifty by mimicking a gunshot. However, he was not fined and was warned by Richardson. India’s captain Suryakumar Yadav was also fined 30% of his match fee for comments he made following India’s group-stage match against Pakistan on September 14. He too was found guilty of breaching the ICC code of conduct.
