West Indies name squads for Bangladesh white‑ball tour

West Indies have announced their squads for the upcoming white‑ball tour of Bangladesh. The tour will consist of three ODIs followed by three T20Is. The ODI leg is scheduled to begin on October 18 at Mirpur, Dhaka, with all three ODIs to be played at the Sher‑e‑Bangla National Stadium. The T20I series will commence on October 27 in Chattogram.
Shai Hope will lead the side in both ODIs and T20Is. Some of the notable names in the squad include Gudakesh Motie, Sherfane Rutherford, Jayden Seales, Romario Shepherd, and Brandon King. A standout inclusion is Ackeem Auguste, who has earned his maiden ODI call‑up. He has played three T20Is, scoring 73 runs at an average of 36.5 and a strike rate of 128.07. Left-handed batter Alick Athanaze has been added to both ODI and T20I squads.
