David Warner achieves a massive record, overtakes Sachin Tendulkar

Australian opener David Warner registered a new record to his ODI career with the powerful performance against South Africa on Saturday at Mangaung Oval. David Warner’s scintillating century against South Africa fetched him a big record as he overtook Indian legendary Sachin Tendulkar to become the opener with most number of centuries in International cricket. David Warner scored (106) runs off (93) deliveries that included (12) boundaries and (3) sixes. This century from David Warner was his 46th International ton that earned him this great record of having most centuries by an opener. Warner now possesses (20) centuries in ODIs and (25) in Tests while he has one ton in T20Is.
Talking about the match, Australia beat South Africa by (123) runs to take 2-0 lead in the five-match series. Australia also had great innings played by Marnus Labuschagne who had scored (124) runs off (99) balls to provide Australia a bigger help with the bat. Their bowling attack too shone with Adam Zampa returning with (4) wickets. Sean Abbott, Nathan Ellis and Aaron Hardie claimed two wickets each to restrict South Africa to (269) in their chase of (393).
