Litton Das ruled out of PSL

Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batter Litton Das has been ruled out of the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) with a thumb injury. Das, who suffered the injury during the training, will be replaced by Australian wicketkeeper Ben McDermott, the franchise stated.
This will be McDermott’s maiden PSL stint; however, he has experience having featured for the Hobart Hurricanes side that won their maiden BBL title earlier this year.
Additionally, Karachi Kings also confirmed that Kane Williamson would be missing the first few matches for the side. He is expected to join the Kings following the Karachi leg of the tournament. They have brought in Saad Baig as a replacement for Williamson.
