West Indies Women are gearing up to host South Africa Women in the third and final T20I match, scheduled to be played on Monday at Three Ws Oval, Bridgetown, Barbados. With the series currently poised at 1-1, the final game is a do-or-die showdown between both sides in order to win the series.
West Indies, suffering defeat in the first game, returned strongly, launching themselves back into the series with a 6-wicket win in the second game. Skipper Hayley Matthews starred with the bat for West Indies, blasting 63 unbeaten to help the side chase a target of 114. South Africa, meanwhile, were earlier leading the series 1-0 after winning the first game, but West Indies managed to level the series. Now, heading into the third and final game, both teams would aim to clinch the series.
