Olympics 2028: Schedule for cricket games revealed

Cricket’s much-anticipated return to the Olympics will materialise at the LA 2028 games as the schedule for the matches has been revealed. Matches are set to be played from July 12 to July 29 at Fairgrounds Stadium in Pomona – about 50 km from Los Angeles. Six men’s and women’s teams will be competing in the tournament, with a total of 180 players taking part. Each team will be able to name a 15-member squad.
The medal matches are scheduled to be played on July 20 and 29. Notably, cricket is set to feature at the Olympics 2028 for the first time in more than 120 years. The matches will start at 9.00am and 6.30pm (local time).
