The International Cricket Council (ICC) has confirmed the host venues for the 2026 Men’s T20 World Cup, which will be jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka. The tournament is scheduled to start on February 7, 2026, and will conclude with the finale on March 8, 2026. The Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad will be hosting the final.

India, according to PTI, will host matches across five major cities — Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, and Mumbai. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka will host matches at Colombo and Kandy, which have been shortlisted as the nation’s venues for the global event. The complete schedule for the tournament is likely to be announced next week.

Pakistan will play all their matches in Sri Lanka as part of an agreement between the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). According to the agreement, India and Pakistan will play all their matches at neutral venues until 2027. India will head into the mega event as defending champions after clinching the title last year in Barbados with a commanding victory over South Africa in the final.
