Pakistan and New Zealand are gearing up to face off in the fifth and final T20I match scheduled to be played on Saturday at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. New Zealand are currently leading the series 2-1 after stunning Pakistan with a 4-run win in the fourth encounter. With New Zealand currently leading the series 2-1, the upcoming showdown holds huge importance for both teams.

The first encounter between them was unfortunately abandoned due to continuous rainfall. Meanwhile, Pakistan claimed victory in the second game to lead the series 1-0 but back-to-back victories for New Zealand have put Pakistan in an extensively difficult situation. They find themselves in a must-win situation as they strive to level the series and salvage a positive result. 

On the other hand, New Zealand made their comeback after suffering defeat in the second game to thump Pakistan in third and fourth match. They have displayed an impressive blend of batting prowess, bowling depth, and fielding excellence throughout the series. With the opportunity to clinch the series victory, New Zealand will undoubtedly be determined to maintain their winning momentum and seal the series in style.
