Bangladesh will be squaring off against Zimbabwe in the third T20I match of the ongoing five-match series on Tuesday at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium. With Bangladesh leading the series 2-0, the showdown is going to be incredibly riveting as they will be eying their victory to secure the series win. 

Bangladesh have delivered commanding performances in their last encounters, overpowering Zimbabwe in the first and second game. Bangladesh won the first game by eight wickets and in the second match they claimed six-wicket victory. It’s been nothing sort of an incredible start for Bangladesh in the lead up to the T20I World Cup 2024. 

Zimbabwe, on the other hand, find themselves in a critical situation, trailing behind in the series. Zimbabwe will aim to fight their way back into the series to keep themselves alive. With players like Sikandar Raza, Clive Madande and Craig Ervine, Zimbabwe have the talent and tenacity to stage a comeback and claim victory in the upcoming match. Zimbabwe have fought hard in the previous two games, still Bangladesh have prevailed.
