Babar Azam scripts history, registers a massive record

In the wake of Pakistan’s victory against Ireland in the second T20I match on Sunday, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam registered a massive record to his name, becoming the most successful captain in T20I history.
Pakistan clinched a series-levelling win against Ireland, beating them by seven wickets in Dublin. Mohammad Rizwan (75*) and Fakhar Zaman (78) were the architect of Pakistan’s chase, forging a match-winning 140-run stand.
With Pakistan’s victory, skipper Babar Azam went to the top of the list of captains having most T20I wins. Under Babar’s captaincy, Pakistan have secured (45) T20I wins out of (78) games as he overtook Uganda’s Brian Masaba who oversaw (44) victories as captain. Pakistan have lost (26) T20Is under Babar’s leadership. Pakistan will play Ireland in the third T20I on Tuesday.
